Derek Parry

As the father of four Bonneville Academy students (three currently attending and one recently graduated), Derek is passionate about the continued success of Bonneville Academy and its mission of fostering innovation, leadership, and academic excellence in its students. Derek brings his perspective as an experienced corporate and transactional attorney to his service on the Board of Directors. He is the founder and executive director of Code180.org, and he currently serves on the governing boards of the Utah State Bar, Business Law Section, and the South Fork Arts Foundation, Inc., an Idaho nonprofit corporation. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho. In his personal time, Derek enjoys hiking, performing music, and spending time with his wife and children.
